My yoga classes are best described as meditation in movement.
My favourite style of yoga is a good Vinyasa. Vinyasa yoga can be seen as the combination of breath and movement. It’s a flowing practice where you move to the rhythm of your breath. The classes are designed to help you build strength and flexibility, relax yet energise your body, and gain confidence in your yoga practice and daily life.
Although I love the energy of a powerful Vinyasa class, I’ve also learned to like the slowing down and the relaxing pace of a Yin class where its all about softness, stillness, slowness and kindness.
Currently giving classes at Santa Rosaweg 10 and SUP Yoga with Dushi SUP.
For the regular classes on the mat, feel free to bring your own mat and props if you have them. If not, no problem. You can borrow ours. Regular classes are $10 / Naf.17,50 per class and no sign up required.
